In the past few years, as the predecessor of the center, the original Zibo Organic Peroxide Engineering Technology Research Center and the Center, through the scientific and technological research activities, a series of results have been achieved. Among them, the comprehensive research results include: water-milk type bis(2-ethylhexyl) peroxydicarbonate (EHP) clean production process, water-milk type peroxidic isopropyl phthalate (CNP) clean production New process, new process of clean production of water-milk type bis(3,5,5-trimethylhexanoyl) (TMHP), new process for clean production of water-milk type peroxidic neodecanoate (BNP) The results of a single scientific and technological research include: 1 one authorized invention patent: 2.4-dichloroperoxybenzoate manufacturing method; 2 authorized utility model patents 7: low-temperature liquid flow guiding device; with water retaining plate Stirring reactor, vacuum pump filter, filter car, temperature control reactor, air replacement nozzle, drum cleaning; 3 patents applied for.
