Safety precautions:

(1) Keep away from fire, open flame and heat source.

(2) Avoid contact with reducing agents (such as amines), acids, alkalis and heavy metal compoundssuch as promoters, metal soaps, etc.)

(3) Please refer to the safety data sheet (MSDS) of this product.

Uses:

1.Polymerization of chloroethylene:

LQ-LPO is widely used in aqueous suspension polymerization and bulk polymerization reactions, with a polymerization range of 60-75℃. In many cases, LPO is used in combination with other highly active peroxides, such as peroxydicarbonateperoxydicarbonate di-4-tert-butylcyclohexane) or peroxyester (peroxy neodecanoic acid-1,13,3-tetramethylbutyl ester), which can increase its reactivity.

2. Polymerization of ethylene:

LQ-L is used for the polymerization initiation of high-pressure polyethylene. Because of its poor solubility, it is often replaced by peroxyisodecanoate in cases, but the greatest advantage of LPO is that it can be stored at room temperature.

3. Polymerization of acrylic ester and methyl acrylic ester:

LQ-LPO can also be used for the polymerization reaction of acrylic ester, with a polymerization reaction temperature of 60-90℃, and is often to replace the more toxic azobisisobutyronitrile and other substances.

4. Polymerization initiator of ABS resin:

LQ-LPO is also an important initiator for ABS polymerization reaction. It is used in combination with 1,1-di-tert-butyl peroxide-3,3,5-trimethylcyclohexane (LQ-CH335), which has a good initiation effect.

Note: LQ-LPO can also be formulated a 40% aqueous suspension solution (LQ-LPO-40W) and a 25% aqueous suspension solution (LQ-PO-25W). These formulations are mainly used for water-phase reactions such as chloroethylene, and have the advantages of convenient and safe operation

A high-tech enterprise specializing in the production of organic peroxides, it is mainly used as initiators and cross-linking agents in polymer polymerization reactions, such as polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, rubber and other industries.
